The material can retain its initial mechanical strength even after repeated bending and has good toughness and fatigue resistance.

2 Product feature

High strength and toughness: Nylon 6 industrial yarn can tolerate high external forces without breaking easily and has a high tensile and tear strength that is more than 20% greater than that of regular fibers.

Resistance to corrosion and abrasion: long service life, robust resistance to abrasion, and smooth surface. In addition, it may be utilized steadily in challenging conditions and exhibits strong corrosion resistance to acids, alkalis, and other chemicals.

Dimensional stability and moisture absorption: It may perform well in humid conditions and has a certain amount of moisture absorption, but its dimensional stability is marginally worse than that of other fibers.

3 Product Applications

Industrial Textiles:

Nylon 6 is used for warping, knitting or weaving to produce industrial fabrics, sewing threads, fishing net twine, ropes and ribbons.

Nylon 6 is also used in the manufacture of tire cord fabrics, seat belts, industrial tweed blankets and so on.

Machinery and automobile field:

Nylon 6 is used in the manufacture of mechanical parts, gears, bearings, bushings, etc. Because of its abrasion resistance and low coefficient of friction, it can improve the service life of mechanical parts.

Nylon 6 is also used in automotive parts, such as hoods, door handles, trays, etc.

Other applications:

Nylon 6 makes fishing nets, ropes, hoses, etc., utilizing its high strength and corrosion resistance.
